To me a logo is like the clothing that a person wears - it is there to make a visual statement and attract attention. Once the initial attraction occurs, it is up to the person inside the clothes (your business) to make a genuine connection. Let's be honest, if you look a million dollars, but your attitude to staff and customer service is poor, then all the marketing in the world won't fix it.
